| Preparation Required
| Select a date & have webmaster email the pack and
update the Pack 30 Website (do this as far in advance as possible to
give everyone plenty of notice). |
| Order Tickets through the “Group Outings” office
(Phone: 636-240-BATS)

- Circulate sign-up sheet so we know how many tickets to
order.
- Collect money ahead-of-time (set a cut-off date –
give yourself plenty of time to order, pick up, and distribute
the tickets).

| Supplies
| Patches:
| 2005 – used the “I Attended A Baseball Game”
patch from the Scout Shop ($1.00 each).
The coordinator bought them and handed them out with the
tickets. |
| 2006 – “Play Ball” (left-over monthly theme patch
from 2005; got them for 0.29 each from the clearance rack at the
Scout Shop). Cubmaster
handed them out at the game (have to attend to get one). |

| Costs
| None to the Pack – pass the cost of tickets &
patch on to the parents. |

| Notes
| In 2005, we got the outfield reserved seats – the sun
was in our eyes really bad; suggest we pay a little more and get
infield seats in the future. |
| Conduct the sign-up through the Den Leaders (with email
reminders from the Webmaster). |
| Collect the money through the Den Leaders. |
