| Preparation Required
| Reserve Skating Rink -- call Skate Galaxy and reserve
the whole rink for Pack 30. |
| Requires
a $100.00 (?) deposit -- coordinate with the Pack Treasurer to get a
check sent for the deposit. |
| Decide
on the amount we need to charge to cover our costs, less the $100
deposit. |
| Arrange
for someone from the Pack to take attendance and collect money at
the door. |
| Update the “pack_calendar.htm” page on the Pack 30
Website. |

| Deposit
= $100 (the Pack Budget covers the deposit). |
| Total
Cost = $250 for the first 40 Skaters + $5 for each additional
skater. |
| Fee
includes Qty-5 Pitchers of Soda and Qty-2 Large Bowls of Popcorn
(??). Pack can bring Cake & Ice Cream if we choose. |
| If
we charge $5 per skater, that will (more or less) cover our costs. |
