- 10:30 AM – Coordinator(s),
Cubmaster & Asst. Cubmaster arrive to set up.
- 11:00 AM – Welcome, Announcements
& Instructions
- 11:15 AM – Begin launches (first
round is Webelos, then Bears, then Wolfs, then Tigers).
- After that, let everyone go
whenever they want to.
- Any Time – Picnic Lunch (each
family or Den to do whatever they want)

- Map to Boeing RC Club Field.
- Supplies
- Double-ended Red/Green Flag (made
from a yard stick or dowel rod, with a piece of Red Poster Paper
on one end and Green on the other end)
- A sign (“Pack 30” with an Arrow)
at the turn-off from Hwy 94 (the turnoff is easy to miss)
- Rocket Launchers (Pack 30 has qty-6)
- Costs (2006)
- $1.60 per Engine (supplied Q-3 per
Scout) = $240
- Notes
- Remind parents to:
- Bring a picnic lunch
- Bring lawn chairs
- Dress for the weather (fields
may be muddy – maybe bring an extra pair of shoes &
socks for the ride home)
- All of the Rocket Launchers need to
be tested to make sure they work.
- They will need new batteries.
- Some of the metal rings at the
bottom may need to be replaced (some have holes in them and
the plastic stands will get burned when the rocket engines
fire).
- Need to make sure we get a key to
the gate at the Boeing RC Field, or get someone to meet us there
at 10:30 AM to let us in.
