Game Day

- Preparation Required
- At October and/or September
Committee Meeting, each Den should identify a game or activity
that they will “host” at the Game Day.
- Agenda
- Short Pack Meeting
- Divide boys into approximately equal
groups, based on the number of game “stations” we have.
- Play each game for 10-15 minutes and
then rotate to the next game.
- Give each group a chance to rotate
through all games.
- “Police” the area prior to
leaving to pick up any trash.
- Support Materials
- Games Equipment – furnished by
each Den.
- Supplies
- Cooler with Kool Aid or other drink
- Cups
- Trash Bags
- Ask each family to bring a bag of
cookies or other snack to share.
- Costs
- Notes
- If September is the first Pack
Meeting attended by the new Tiger Den(s), include a Tiger
Orientation Ceremony in the Pack Meeting portion of the event.
- Parents can bring lawn chairs if
they wish.
- Boys should wear a Scout related
T-Shirt (don’t have to wear their Uniforms)
- Leaders should wear their Uniforms.
- Remind parents that we won’t have
access to restrooms.
