December - Skate Party

- Preparation Required
- Reserve Skating Rink -- call Skate Galaxy and
reserve the whole rink for Pack 30.
- Requires a $100.00 (?) deposit -- coordinate
with the Pack Treasurer to get a check sent for the deposit.
- Decide on the amount we need to charge to
cover our costs, less the $100 deposit.
- Arrange for someone from the Pack to take
attendance and collect money at the door.
- Update the “pack_calendar.htm” page on
the Pack 30 Website.
- Support Materials
- Map or directions to the skating rink.
- Costs (2006)
- Deposit = $100 (the Pack Budget covers the
deposit).
- Total Cost = $250 for the first 40 Skaters +
$5 for each additional skater.
- Fee includes Qty-5 Pitchers of Soda and Qty-2
Large Bowls of Popcorn (??).
- Pack can bring Cake & Ice Cream if we
choose.
- If we charge $5 per skater, that will (more
or less) cover our costs.
- Notes
- Book the skating rink early -- booked in
August this year and had plenty of dates to choose
from.
December - Christmas Caroling

- Meet at Fairmount Parking Lot
- Carol in the neighborhood around Fairmount,
length of time as weather allows.
