Put the Scout's Name, Den Number, and
"Pack Dues" in the memo field on the check
Completed application form goes to the
Cubmaster
Completed internet release form goes to the
Webmaster
If the new Scout was "recruited" by
an existing Scout, turn in the "Recruiter Badge" for them
as part of the normal awards reporting (or ask their Den Leader to
do it)
Cubmaster should:
Sign the application & deliver it to the
Council Office
Pay Council Dues
- if paying by check, fill it out at the Council Office (after they
confirm the amount due)
- turn in a reimbursement form to the Treasurer
Add the new Scout to the Pack Roster
Forward copies of the application to:
Membership Chair, to be entered into Pack
Master
Back to the Den Leader, for their records
Webmaster should:
Review and file the completed internet release form
